In the year 2007-2008 Mr. Patel has launched another commercial mall project, at Motera. Name of the project was “Vitthal the Mall”. This was the first Mall project in the Chandkheda area of Ahmedabad city. The project consists of about 62 units and the same is on the main Sabarmati Gandhinagar highway. Total construction for the project was about 63000 sq. ft. looking at the potential and market standings of the promoters GRUH finance limited has extended construction finance for the said project to the tune of Rs.250.00 Lacs and the same has also been repaid by the promoters.
