Inspiring from the initial success of the first project Mr. Patel has decided to launch another project in the year 2002, name of the scheme was “Vitthal Complex” and location was again the same 100 Ft. Road, Chandkheda. The scheme was of commercial shops and offices consist of 36 Shops and 16 offices. Total construction for the project was about 27000sq .ft. The project was a grand success for Mr. Dharmesh Patel. It was the first commercial complex of the New C. G. Road.
